This whitepaper is the outcome and summary of a series of meetings and workshops held by Alex Barclay at Fuzzy.org with cross-funtional teams which aimed of finding strategies to reduce surgery waiting lists, decrease burnout in staff and empower patients, faster and more cost-effectively.

I was invited by Alex to collaborate in this project and came on board with the task of making a beautiful and easy-to-read report/presentation of the top 10 ideas.

The only design request was to follow Fuzzy’s brand guidelines.

It was an honor and a great pleasure to be a part of it.
